The Property
A lovely, spacious, detached property nestling in its own grounds, just one mile from the centre of Blaenau Ffestiniog, in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park.
Located next to the Llechwedd Slate Caverns and at the foot of an extreme downhill mountain bike track, this Welsh cottage provides a fabulous base for getting outdoors and exploring the surrounding area.
It features a large farmhouse-style kitchen and dining area with a breakfast bar.
There is also a comfortable sitting room and a further small dining area with a woodburner to relax in front of.
A door leads through to a games room, with a dart board and table football.
Bedrooms
Upstairs has five spacious bedrooms, four of them benefiting from an additional open mezzanine sleeping area, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups.
Outside
Outside has a terraced garden with lawn, BBQ and furniture. A perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring.
